Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) is recruiting for a Meeting Room Technology Manager within the Global End User Services organization to be located in Raritan, NJ. Will make considerations to JNJ locations within New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

You will be accountable for establishing the enterprise standards and service delivery strategy to enable a productive hybrid work environment for our on-site and remote employees. Ensures that service Operational-level agreement (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and our conference rooms are in good "health"; establishes strategies to ensure the delivery of agreed-upon service levels.

Overall Scope:
• 35% of your time will be focused on - Meeting Room Technology Roadmap and Standards - Research, assess, establish and refresh standard solutions that enable and support current and future teamwork and workplace end user experience.
• 20% - Meeting Room Technology Service Operations - Ensure that all aspects of service operations are executed with high quality and with focus on the end user experience. Build and maintain positive partnerships. Be proactive in-service recovery and stay accountable within A/V Service domain.
• 20%- Consultation, Collaboration & Adoption - Drive effective communication across the region, build the bridge between JJT and Facility Workplace Experience. Create a strong network to promote adoption of fit for purpose technology solutions. Connect regularly with IT and Workplace Experience partners. Collaborate with Site Delivery and Workplace Experience to lead deployment and support of approved Audio-Visual technology services to Operating Companies at the sites Continually refine your understanding of the Enterprise Workplace Experience strategy and requirements.
• 15% - Build and govern a virtual AV service ownership network across the regions to build out and refresh a fit-for-purpose technology and service roadmap
• 10%- Manage Suppliers Governance, Innovation, Effectiveness and SLAs
Other Responsibilities
• Ensure that overall service delivery is effective and in compliance with JJTS and local site / Operating Company's standard operating procedures
• Lead operating budget where appropriate
• Understand our enterprise goals and objectives, recommend process changes and propose value driven solutions
• Act as Service Owner and Point of Contact for inquiries as well as critical issue contact for AV service
• Build and grow a global virtual network of domain professionals to ensure viability of our solutions


Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 8 years' experience which should include at minimum 5 years' experience in delivering and managing IT services
• Ability to lead enterprise level Audio Visual technology architecture and solution deployment and operations, with a focus on Room based virtual meetings and Virtual Teamwork platforms
• Proven track record in Process and Project Management and Deployment
• Demonstrated ability in managing vendor relationships
• Experience handling financial budgets
• Open to 20% - Domestic or International travel

Preferred Skills:
• PMP, ITIL Professional
• Healthcare experience
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Working knowledge of multiple technical disciplines such as Audio Visual, Virtual Collaboration and Productivity, WAN/LAN, MS Windows Operating System, Android-based Meeting Room end-points, Desktop computing hardware and software
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with the ITIL framework
